Default High Idle help plz

I changed the IAC and TPS and intake air temp sensor but im still getiin a high idle
i checked for vacuum leaks by spraying and i checked the throttle body connection by sprayin
it starts up at 1100 and then as it warms up it goes to 1500-1600 then stays
its hard to stop while in drive cause the wheels are still spinnin
ive tried everything and searched all the post im lost
could it be sumthin transmission wise?

There is a screw on the throttle body by the linkage. When throttle is closed the linkage rests on this screw. If improperly set, it could keep the throttle open a little. Something easy to check.

Yes, the "lever" thing. I'm not sure what side it's on, on the 3.4. On my 3.8 it's on the right side. When the throttle is closed, the "lever" thing rests on thisscrew.

Should the throttle body be all the way closed when it's idleing? (which would logically explain an Idle air control valve) Or should it be open just a little?
