jack the car up, unbolt the struts, two bolts in the spindle, four on the strut tower, and take them to a shop with a spring compressor. I couldnt get the nut off the struts, so i took them in and they had to heat it up with a torch. and they will take them apart and put them back together. i paid 20 bucks for this done.

Or you could spend $20. on a cheep spring compressor and do it yourself.

Thats wasnt a shot to IMPORTMD, kinda sounded rude.

I live in wisconsin where they salt in the winter, so there was no way i was getting the nut off myself, they were rusted tight, so i took them in. if you live somewhere in a rust free area, i would think you might be able to do it yourself if you have a impact gun.
