Unhappy Extremely low oil pressure 3.4l

So... I'm having some trouble with my car and it is my daily driver. It doesn't make any engine related noise yet, other than being able to hear a tiny teeny bit of either valve lash or rocker movement. That doesn't worry me. What does is that when I start my car up cold (50-60degrees F) I will have a minimum of 40-50PSI of oil pressure at idle, more under throttle. When the car gets warmed up after about 20 miles of driving, the oil pressure will hover around 20, little more, little less @ 2000 RPM cruising in 4th. That seems low to me, and the part that scares me is that if I stop at a streetlight the oil pressure will drop to 0-5PSI and the needle wobbles a bit, and the check gauges light comes on. This scares the S*** out of me! Oil pressure should not be that low. Argh. Any ideas or questions for more info?

Thank you guys so so much!

I have access to a full lift if I need to do anything serious, but I'd rather NOT have to drop the engine ='(

Few notes:
PCV valve has vacuum. checked that with my finger.
THE OIL FILL CAP HAS VACUUM! =( I think that is a horrible sign.
Should it have a serious amount of vacuum? I don't remember it having vacuum before...

Again. Thanks!
