Default Coolant in my oil

Hey guys got a 94 v6 manual trans with coolant in the engine oil. Is this the sign of a blown head gasket? Also got white smoke coming out the exhaust. Could it be something besides the head gasket?

It's a head gasket DON'T run the car until you get it fixed coolant will kill your engine

Just pulled the spark plugs and it looks like coolant has made it to one of the spark plug holes. Im gonna check compression tomorrow

If you had coolant coming out of a spark plug hole there is not need to check compression you have a blown headgasket or cracked head. If you have alot of coolant in your oil start looking for a motor.
