Default Car Won't Start

Have a 95 camaro 3.4L auto that had a leaking water pump. Replaced the pump and the thermostat - put the car back together and the car will not start. The first thing I did when starting the work was disconnect the battery and the procedure to replace the water pump required me to remove one of the igition coils.

When I crank the car over, it cranks normally but doesn't fire.

Does anyone have any suggestions on where to start with this problem? I suspect it has to be with the coils, ignition module or computer. The question is where to start and if there are any checks that can be made to rule out any of the possibilities?

Thanks.

No - no fluids on the spark plug wires. Everything was drained prior to pulling the pump and when the pump was separated from the motor, the fluid went straight down to the drain pan on the floor.

If you have a spare plug, take one of the plug wires off the plug in the motor and insert the loose plug into it and ground it to the engine. Have someone crank it over and see if the plug sparks. If so, you have fire coming from the coil. Spark should be blue, if it is yellow, it is a weak spark. You didn't accidentially disconnect any wiring from sensors or knock off vac line anywhere? All fuses good?
