I'm looking to replace my cam & valve springs to a stage one by comp cam. My car is a daily driver & want to keep it like that. Any feedbacks on this package.

Its a 1998 with the series 2 3800 manual trans. i have headers & magnaflow exhaust on it .

The comp cams arrangement hasn't proven itself to be worth the work. It's not much better than the stocker, minimal performance gains. I would check out ZZ Performance (click on grand prix, same engine), something like their gt1 cam. It is a nice basic cam, not to lopey, won't throw codes, etc.
