Talking Bought a 98 camaro project car...Help please.

Alright so well firstly I bought a 1998 camaro with a 3800 II V6 in it. I paid $1500 and got what I paid for. The car has 70k miles but the engine does not run. The lady said it was the "heads"...long story short I am doing an engine rebuild. I was looking at getting maybe some abbott heads & cams... when I am done this car must have at least 275hp all motor. I am looking to you guys for rebuild kits, instructions/manuals, recommended parts or upgrades etc. I have a total of $5000 less the car so that leaves me with $3500 to work with. The car will be painted, the interior will be worked on (seats, dash etc.), suspension will be overhauled and ill keep posting progress (w/ pics) through out the process. Anyways what needs to be done before september (preferrably) is the engine work. Tranny is fine just needs a b&m shift kit. Please any help with finding kits or parts is greatly appreciated. Thanks again guys!

Step one: remove and disassemble. Since you are not 100% sure of how the motor was treated or maintained you will need to do a full inspection of all the parts before you can really start figuring how much to spend where.
