Are the manual transmissions in the 3.4 cars a hydrolic or cable operated clutch? I'm thinking at somepoint that i might switch to a stick since i know how to drive standard and the current transmission has 149k on it. If its not hard to do i might take it on in the next few months.

 

camaros have had hydraulic slave cylinders since 83 when they first put the T5 in. as for your swap you'll need to find a T5 specifically from a camaro with the 3.4 one that was in camaros with the 3.8 or the earlier ones from the 3rd gens won't work in your car. your driveshaft will work so all you'll is a T5 from a 93-95, manual pedals, clutch reservoir, slave cylinder, the lines for the clutch and you'll have to cut a hole in your floor for the shifter.
