Hello all! I have a problem i was hoping you all could help me with. I have a 98 camaro V6 stick shift and it didnt come with a factory alarm system so i had one installed today. The alarm locks perfectly but the problem is if i leave it for a while and come back and press the unlock button it wont unlock. It disarms but the doors wont unlock. If i put the key in the door to open it and close it back up again and try it it works perfectly unlocking and lock but if i leave it sitting a while it wont work again. Id say the alarm system i bought was defective but before i had the alarm if i have my windows down id reach into the car and press the unlock button and sometimes it wont unlock and id have to use the key, or if im sitting inside the car and someone comes to the passenger side the unlock button wont work and id have to reach over and unlock it by hand so im thinking its probably something else. Any help would be much appreciated guys this is a very annoying problem Any questions please feel free to ask.
