AC issue

Default AC issue

Hey everyone im just having an issue with what i think is my Air conditioning. ill be driving with my air on and right when i turn it off to open my windows i hear a jingling noise in my engine compartment. its more annoying then anything else. i figure its my pulley for the fact that i looked it up and the person before me had the belts changed 3 times in the past year but i want ur guys opinion on it thanks!

Are you saying the noise starts when you turn the AC off?

the only way to get rid of it is to run the ac? when you first start the car does it do it without ac?

Yes, it is when i turn the AC from on to off that i hear the issue.

sounds like an a/c clutch issue

So, your memory falls off somewhere between today and 2 years from now? lol
This guys A/C clutch likely locked up shortly after his post.
