Default 96 3.8l v6 stalling

I really need some help. My 1996 camaro(3.8l v6) has started stalling on me at highway speed. It has happened 3 times in the last week. After it dies it takes several (8-10) cranks to start again. The fuel pump is priming(I can hear it) and i changed the fuel filter out. It has also started to idle rough off and on when coming to a complete stop. The car has 140000 miles on it. Any ideas? I am thinking ICM or Mass air flow but dont know for certain.

Hey 96, Did you get the reply I sent to you in ref. to if I had figured out what my problem was? If none of these suggestions above, are the answer to your problem, there are at least a dozen other things it could be. See the suggestions sent to Mom's Camaro, and Car shuts off for no apparent reason. Good luck.
