yeah i just replaced my transmission in my 95 with a transmission out of a 98 and i got everything hooked up and running right but when i went to drive it my speedometer was really off it says i am going 50 when i am barley moving any ideas on what i can do to fix this

Sounds like the wrong size speedo gear, If i was to guess

 

well i had to cut the wires to the 95 speed sensor and wire it up to to 98 speed sensor but had no choice

 

the tail shaft housing cant be switched? check here, see if they have something. http://www.transmissioncenter.net/sp...n_______va.htm
