The easiest thing to try is drop the pan and replace the filter and add back in Dexron 6 (not 3! 6 lasts much longer and has much better chemical properties while being fully backward compatible) -- while this won't get all your fluid, this is sometimes a "safer" way to address trans issues -- some claim that doing a power flush can sometimes render a car unusable due to upsetting the fluid balance present... If you do a power flush, also have the filter changed, and clean the pan magnet... If there is no magnet, add one.
I just dropped the pan and changed my filter on my '95 and put back Dexron 6, messy, time consuming, but not really hard.
You could also look into transmission cooling options... But the truth is, if you really have a trans problem, then fluids are not going to solve your physical problems... but you can try the fluid change first, it is certainly cheaper!

On another note, I once had my '95's auto-trans linkage fixed, as the auto-shifter was not working right going from neutral to drive lets say -- the positions were off and totally unreliable, this was not a big deal to fix, and had nothing to do with the trans....
