94 v6 heater smells like burnt

Possibility of blower motor failing or trash stuck in blower. Either could cause the the blower motor to get hot or draw more current, and cause wires or controls to overheat. Any burning smell is not a good thing.

Found the problem. It is the a/c compressor. It looks like the bearing is frozen, causing the pulley to get extremely hot and burning the belt. Can the bearing be replaced with the compressor on the car. What am I in store for?
