Search Trap door for the fuel pump. I do not thik the fuel pump failing is related to the other stuff, it is just bad timing.

Cat rumbling? Do you mean sound coming from the tail pipe or a sound like something is loose in the exhaut? The test for a plugged Cat is a back pressure test.

You need to track down that miss fire code (could be a failing coil) It can be causing all your "Cat issues". Once the miss fire is gone then replace your primary O2 sensors. Both the miss fires and previously fail cat have most likely done them in.

Where is the trap door located? because someone told me they had to remove the axle and driveshaft and stuff to get to it which sounds like a load of bull :P see I had a P0303 misfire and I changed the 1/3 coil pack and it fixed everything until now but the sound is like popcorn bouncing around in a bags and its right under the passenger seat which makes me wanna think its the catalytic converter again :/ and apparently I had it tested and the person that replaced my cat left a big piece of the old one left in my exhaust pipe and its so big it wont just pass threw the exhaust its stuck on a bend in the pipe :/ and while the car is running right now it smells like fish out of the exhaust can we post videos on here?

Based on the manual to get at the fuel pump you need to remove the exhaust and drop the axle. But if you go to the search bar on this forum and search the words trap door you will see a process of cutting a hole in the floor of you car that takes 20 mins.

LS1 Camaro Trans AM (Trap Door Fuel Pump Install *1993-1998*) - YouTube

For 98+ the dimensions were a little but wider I believe, hope the video helps.
