Default LS1 6spd clutch problems

on my 98 SS about a month ago I got the dreaded sticky clutch pedal. I flushed the system and filled and bled the system with fresh fluid. this works for a week then the pedal goes again. So next I crawl under the car and look for leaks, I cant find anything and there is nothing seeping from the bellhousing. So I think its the master cylinder, I replace that and instantly have a great pedal. then a week later I lose it again.

I think that there must have been air in the system, but after 6 hours of bleeding the system I can never seem to get rid of all the air in the system.

I don't think its the throwout bearing but im not throwing that idea out.
I hope my new master cylinder isn't already bad

Any suggestions on what could be causing this?

I have made a alum plate larger OD then the reservoir top, drilled a hole in the middle, put a neoprene gasket under the plate, and use a hand vacuum pump to suck out the air.

Might help.
