just need all the bearings and bushings so long as the gears and posi clutch is good. iners, outers, axle bearings. call around to the wrecking yards and see what they have. any 4th gen rear end will work 93-02. if you dont have traction control you will want a rearend from a car without it. also all z28/v8 4th gens have posi. the newer ones have a better posi clutch.

update: Had the gears and pinion replaced. all the noises stopped in the pumpkin. The shop I went to for the u joints magically bent my drive shaft some how and that caused the vibrations at around the 55 mph range. Replaced drive shaft and now everything is running smooth. time for a break from the mechanics
