I am new to owning a camaro and have not worked on cars beyond routine maintenence. I have a 1997 camaro ss 30th, when i shift to 3rd or 4th gears i get a slight resistence and a slight grinding noise once out of every 4 or 5 times i shift to either of the gears. After the resistence it will just slide into the gear and it sticks. I was told it is probably a synchro going bad for those gears, was just seeing if i could get some suggestions. It would be much appreciated.
