Transmission is out.


Scattershield and stage 4 clutch that is coming out and being sold.


Scattershield removed.


Oil pan and windage tray removed. Pan gasket was leaking and I bought baffles with trap doors for better oiling during hard acceleration and cornering. There was also a lot of gunk in the pan, so I was fortunate that I decided to do the pan gasket before starting the car up.


New baffles showing the trap doors.


Installed in the pan.


Stage 5 clutch installed.


Transmission back in.


Roller rockers installed.

 

Tomorrow I'm going to finish checking the fuel lines for lose fittings and attempt to fire her up for the first time in 19 months.

 

Stock F-body brakes on the left and CTS-V brakes on the right






Battery Relocation finished.






Putting body panels on.




Got the bumper on:


Pushed outside to do some small stuff...adjusting body panels, adjust the rear suspension, replaced the 13 year old headlight bulbs, etc.

And rolled the rear fenders:

 

Got her fired up for the first time in 19 months. Had to jump the starter relay and have a jump box on the fuel pump wires.

 

Made a switch panel...I'm ok with it for now. I'll make something different down the road once I figure out exactly how I can improve on this panel.





Wiring it up. It wasn't difficult, just tedious. My neatness OCD didn't help matters much either.
