She is all inspected an insured. I have been driving Her the last few day. I did have to tighen a couple hose clamp and I guess when installed the heater hose I ripped one of the O-rings cause I had to replace it. I still need to get it aligned, It can't be to far off its straight as an arrow on the highway. Either way it goes in next Saturday. I found some of the original tires has some dry rot cracks in them that why I have mixed rims. I did not want to spend the money switching rims with tires I will replace in a few weeks. Any one got any 235/55/16 they want to get rid of?

Sorry I don't know. I can take pictures of it this weekend. I think it is a welded muffler. It was on the car when I got it.

Looks like its welded on both ends. Those welds seem to be rusting. I am not sure how long this system will last but I sure like the way it idles.

Success! I filled up for the forth time and I feel pretty confident the numbers are accurate.
The tank before last got 29.5 miles per gallon across the entire tanks. The one before that was 29 even. With both tanks I did about 40 miles of around town non-work related driving. Which would mean I am doing better then 30 on the highway. I am still enjoying the car I am not doing any type of hyper mileing and I stay around 75 MPH on the highway.
My goal was to beat 30 MPG highway with a car that was fun to drive. By the time I get my tune in I should have some real good data points on highway mileage. We will then be able to tell pretty quick if the tune helps with the MPG at all.

That is totally awesome man. I'm glad you've gone so far with this and continue to update this thread. When do you think your tune is going to go down? 29 mpg isn't anything to really scoff at btw.
Btw, do you know what the rear gears in that are?
