You are using the 94 PCM? I just remember there is an issue with swapping 94 and 95 transmission. because of different wiring. So using the 95 PCM would require the 94 trans to be rewired.

Yeah it’s a 94 pcm. And we swapped it from a auto to manual transmission. So the transmission is good now.

just fishing,,, where does the neutural cut off come into the picture? wondering if the 95 has a bcm and the 94 not,,,

I think OBD2 is when the BCM came into play, I believe some of the late 95's may have been OBD2 with an OBD1 connector.
