The driveway actually isn't steep. It's a common effect used by tilting the camera to make the car look level. My car actually doesn't move if it's sitting there in neutral lol

And yeah that tranny fluid that I pulled out of the old tranny was less than a month old. Sadly I didn't have enough new fluid to fill my new tranny. A little bit of the old fluid had to be re-used.

As for how I managed for 3 months without reverse, It's called parking on hills or in areas where I didn't need reverse haha

I'll post up pics just as soon as I tear into the tranny. I haven't had time to take the cover off. I couldn't figure out how to get it off. I took off all the bolts but it still is catching on the shift linkage.

Your joking about using the old fluid right? I sure hope you are. Other wise you'll be looking for another tranny next month. You should clean up the old tranny and rebuild it so you'll have one for next time you need to replace it. And the driveway doesn't look to bad. Must of been tired when I looked at the pic.

I'm not joking about the fluid. I had no choice. When I get my next pay check, I'll have money to get all new Royal Purple fluid for it. It's just temporary. And besides, it has two quarts of new fluid and just barely over one quart of used fluid. It will make it til next Friday.

Ok. That makes me feel better. Lol. How was the enjoyment of taking out the tranny with the car so low to the ground?

You can see metal specs in the tranny fluid from a low quality picture.. I hope it doesn't come back to bite you. I bet it's nice to have reverse though.

Having the headliner resurfaced was only $75. And yeah having reverse and 2nd back is awesome lol.

So I found some wheels for my car. Stock SS wheels that have had the spokes painted high gloss black and the rim left silver. SEXY!!! The guy said he would give me the wheels and tires for $150!!! The front tires are brand new and the backs are just barely worn! I can't wait til my next paycheck! Holy cow! 17" Wheels on my Camaro is gonna be sick! I'll keep you guys posted

Very nice

...although picturing it in my head, idk how I feel about how it would look. Are these ten spokes or ZR1-style?
