So last night when I was on my way home from getting the car washed and running a couple errands, I was sitting at a stoplight and I started smelling coolant. As I sat at the light, the temp gauge started creeping up. Fortunately, I was only a mile from home. Once I got back, I took a peek under the hood to see coolant spewing everywhere. I don't know if I mentioned it here before, but when I was putting the car back together last fall, I snapped off the smallest hose fitting on the radiator. I JB-welded the fitting back on, and it held...until now. I'll be picking up a new radiator after work today.

So here's how my dad and I spent a good 3 hours yesterday:

Got the new radiator swapped in. We also switched out the EGR block-out plate on the header. It never sealed right, so it was leaking badly. We took the original EGR tube, kinked it off, and put it back on the header. Doesn't leak now.

Heh, heh...from the way the car is angled forward, it looks as though they had the rear of the car jacked up.
