The only way I have found to get it is to get the whole lid and people usually want $150+ for it because they were very common to break, just like our dashes which cost $300+ to get a new one.

OK....a apology is in order and a thank-you. (A small story too) I bought this car in 07 and began hunting for the part I mentioned to no avail. That year I tore it all apart to help with my search and simply left the lid pad float on the console. Well 10 years later I had forgotten I that I had taken it all apart until I pulled it out of storage this week to see why everyone seemed to be confused about what I was trying to describe. So, as it turns out, it was the lid plastic after all. Once I put all my pieces back together I could see that I had taken the lid apart 10 years ago because it was duct taped to the console. The beautiful ending to this story is, my console hinge plastic is intact and tonight I found a lid with the hinge plastic in perfect shape. I paid a stupid price for it but hey, 10 years is a long wait right? Thanks for all the help, and sorry for the confusion.
