Default Imperial blue metallic will be discontinued

Although the date is unclear, Imperial Blue Metallic will be discontinued soon. After that there will be no blue color available for the 2012 models and on.

Here is my 1973 with IBM, Back in 73 it was Midnight Blue Metallic, since I updated everything else (suspension, brakes, etc) I went with the new 2010/2011 dark blue color.

Yeah, Imperial Blue Metallic is pretty impressive. My 2010 Camaro SS is black, and I love it. Still, it might be cool to have a Flat Black option, whatchu' think?

Flat black seems to be the "in" thing currently

It is interesting how GM does things, When Synergy Green came out as a "Limited Edition" they did not realize how well it would sell so they made it much more common.
I know people who originally bought SG thought they would have a rare car in the future, now it looks like IBM will be the rare color of the future of Camaros
