Default 2000 Camaro Passenger window control problem

The passenger windows goes up and down perfectly from the driver side. When using the passenger window control, the window will only go up, down is the problem. If I put the window down from driver side, then I can raise it from the passenger side, again, it is down that is not working. I installed a new switch and adjusted the female side of the plug to make sure of a good contact. Appreciate any ideas, thanks

Not sure of what you mean by this. Can you explain what you did? The fact that passenger door switch will close the window, verifies the right switch is receiving a 12V power supply to it. The fact that the driver door switch operates correctly in both directions and the passenger door switch works in the up position confirms the contacts of the switches are providing a ground to the right window motor. That only leaves the 12V power supply passing the switch. Check for 12V power at the passenger door connector terminal "C" when the switch is in the down position. I've attached a drawing showing the circuit and connector face for reference. If you check between terminals "C" and terminal "D" of the connector with a test light or meter, this would verify both power and a ground is being supplied the window motor.
