Its not the bulbs making it yellow. It's the cluster itself. The 93s from what I understand
All have yellow clusters ac controls and headlight switches. Which is why I want a later one. I don't like yellow. Lol

 

94 cluster should do you some good then haha

 

93's had yellow dash lights, some 94's I think did also, but GM switched to white in 94. If you have a manual, then the shift patteren is in yellow also for 93.

 

Shift pattern? You mean the little decal lookin' think on my shift plate? Why would GM ever put a yellow one in there? Hahaha. Shows how great American cars are =/.

not sure if you can switch to a latter cluster without deleting the tach filter. i just switched to white faced. who looks at the shift plate. lol. i kinda like having it yellow, could be a little brighter though so i think ill try a led in there.

 

My shift plate isn't a light. It's just paint that has the shift positions.

 

no ones shift plate is a light , they are all printed on in either white or yellow.

 

my shift plate lights up when the lights are on.
