Window will go Up but not Down
i changed both of mine also it is a pain but after you do one side the next one goes by way fast. i would suggest getting a friend to help. I replaced the whole window motor assembly i didnt try replacing just the motor.

I've replaced the drivers side motor on my 97 twice now. But it from Autozone and it has a lifetime warranty.

And the verdict is ********* the switch! Though I had already bought the motor and regulator and since the window has been super slow for the last year and since I already had the door taken apart I installed the new parts. It actually wasnt that bad of a job. Im no mechanic and im also a girl (though I think you guys know that) and it really only took me a couple of hours.
