my power window went out. I uess i just need to replace the motor right? Also, my car smells just a bit and sometimes i have to turn it over a few times to start it but not all the time. Im thinkin I got a tank of bad gas. What do you guys think

Its like a rich smell. Like maybe im not burnin it quick enough

How exactly do you gut one? Is it hard?

 

this is very technical but here it goes...

1. take the cat off
2. put a pipe inside it...
3. jam, twist, hit. all the crap out of it. (clean it)
4. 200 extra h/p

well you disconect it from the heders/manifold... then disconect it fron the y-pipe. then gut it. and put it back on.

 

[X(] what year is the car?? if your getting a sulpher smell its not the cat going bad its a rich condition as in too much fuel. you need to find the problem not fix the symptom. if cars are smog tested in your area dont count on passing the test once the cat is removed. kurt
