I was not sure why the 93 Cluster is different but I guess it may just be the color of the lettering. Not sure if the pinouts or calibrations are different tho. Oh and the 93 is the black sheep of the family, it has many unique features.

I looked at Alldata Online this morning. All 1993 through 1996 Camaro clusters use the same connector, a 32-way "F Micro-pack 100 Series" beauty.

The only difference I see between 93 and 94 up clusters is that starting in 94 there are 2 extra wires possible at the connector -- one for ASR indicator control and one for skip shift indicator control. All other cavities are accupied by the same color wires doing the same things. This is even true for the V6 cars that I looked at (but I didn't check all years).

The above-mentioned differences don't mean that the cluster itself is different but they might be. I suspect that the V8 cars have different tach readings (yellow/redline). True?

The important thing to get from this is that there's no danger in interchanging 93 through 96 MY clusters. You're not gonna get sparks, fire, or melted wiring. You *may* lose the ASR or skip shift indicators.
