yes the bulb will heat the plastic lens and the clear will be nicer

mmmm nice vette =] my grandpa has an 08 too, its a black convertible, he let me drive it once and damn those things have some power. fun as hell lol

 

I wanted my dad to get black because that is the color i prefer for every car but he had the opportunity to buy this instead. At first I wasn't a fan but it really has grown on me. It is really beautiful in person up close.
