Default Turn Signal Problem 95 Camaro HELP ME !

I have a 95 Camaro with a turn signal problem
Both left and right turn signals don't work. Nothing lights up - no arrow, no nothing.

I've replaced the flasher without luck. I can't find a bad fuse.

Has anyone replaced the turn signal stock before? I've seen some on ebay but it doesn't look like they have the up / down switch portion.

Suggestions?>

this is for my 93 ,,, there are two fuse boxes. one on side of the driver side dash that u have to open the door to access. another under the hood on the driver side fenderwell. its a black box. the one u want is on the side of the dash. the lower right fuse is #1 u want #2 which is the next fuse over to the left, should be a 20 amp fuse. if its good test the connections to make sure its getting juice. of course only one will have power. there should be two flashers, hazard flasher and blinker flasher. if the fuse is good and there is power getting to it then i would say the flasher is bad. i thought the blinker would come on but not blink if the flasher went but who knows.

Crabby, Checked the fuse in the passenger compartment and found nothing blown. Also replaced the flasher with new and no change. I'll try measuring voltage at the fuse.

If there are no volts, then is it the switch in the steering column?

if theres no volts at the fusebox then its not the switch in the colum. it would be in the wireing to the fuse box. its a pain to change the switch u have to remove the stearing wheel to get at it. air bag and vats to dance around. so your fuse box is on the passenger side on the 95. if juice to the fuse then there should be a connector at the lower portion of the colum to check ill see what color wire it calls for in my 93 book.

i show a brown wire to the turn flasher and from the flasher to the turn switch is purple. so under the dash at the colum it should be a purple wire if your wires are the same.

I checked voltage at the fuse (its on the driver's side in the passenger compartment. One side is at 11.8V.
So fuse - good (its for turn and back up lights and back ups are ok)
Voltage at fuse - yes.
Flasher replaced - NG
Need to check input voltage at the flasher.

Any other check items.
