hes saying you dont have the ability to pop them due to your power. they will eventually break due to wear, especially if the car is driven hard.
ahh... Makes more sense now

I dunno, I can't see how his motor mount can make a trans mount tear. Sure, an old-style laminated style mount could if it let loose since it would allow the left side of the engine to lift a matter of inches. But this car has "clam shell" motor mounts. Even if it was badly worn, the amount of upward travel would be minimal, and certainly not enough to lift the trans up a wild amount to tear it's mount.

I have actually seen one of them rip the metal or the spot weld what ever they have and broke like old styles do. It was on my old 94 Z-28.I don't know how i think it was defective but i have seen it oncebefore.
