So I got a 95 Z and I was wondering if anyone could tell me which throttle body would give me a better power gain, the Holley or BBK. I've always been partial to Holley but I havent messed with EFI's that much. Also if you have any suggestions for combos that would be fantastic!

 

Unless you build the engine to put out over 400 HP, none of them will show much gain, if any.

 

I'm getting an LT4 kit for it, and plan to buy some other mods, still deciding though. I expect over 400, so I know I'm going to need one, I have a friend who did the LT4 kit and left the stock throttle body, He got a BBK and said it helped quite a bit... But I've never heard anything about the Holley. as I said I'm partial to Holley, but I dont know how they are with EFI compared to BBK.

 

Don't waste your money on an lt4 kit... Get an le2 package. Better power, better price. Elliotsportworks.com
