starters
I don't really even hear a "click" on the starter. I think all I hear is the sound of the belt moving. I wish it wasn't raining this weekend cause I'm anxious for them to work on it but we don't have a garage. And if we did, it wouldn't hold 4 cars lol

Just remember over half the cars that get towed into a garage ran fine yesterday.
To test cables and ground is pretty easy, all you need is a voltmeter. Put the red test lead on the negative (black) cable fine a good clean spot on the engine, try to start the car. If you read more then 1 volt your grounding needs attention, if it read 3 or more volts you found a major issue. You can reverse this test on the positive cables but you have to connect to the large cable at the starter and positive side of the battery.
