between 30 miles per hour and 70 miles per hour and then when I hit a stop light and then I accelerate it just sputters and stops Butters and stop till it finally takes off what should I do

Yes I have had the codes scanned all it shows is the catalytic converter or the O2 sensor and I know why I cut the cat out and put a pipe there but there are days where I have nothing but power and speed but everyday I have power it just sputters sometimes until I get that push when I tap on the gas and it accelrate and then I hold that accelation and it goes normal until I hit a light or I stop

that sounds like a lose/damaged wire or bad connection somewhere. odd that you are not getting a missfire code, that brings to mind a failing fuel pump.
