Default Slp airbox is it worth it ?

I'm curious is the airbox by slp worth the money over the stock one. If so what kind of recommendations for a filter would also be helpful.the other question is whether a programmer is worth it and which one is the best.thanks.

I have one on my car, and it runs like a champ. Performance wise, It was on there when I bought it, so I can't tell a difference. On their site it says up to 10RWHP, so 15-20 crank horse. For filters I always recommend K&N

definitly worth it, and run it with a k and n. Fit is ok i had to screw mine at back to get a tight seal but i have silicon smooth (fixed) bellow too. you want to do a cold air intake too. my secret was to remove the whole air box mounting and cut out the plastic where the filter goes and remove the plasic crap where the radiator is. When you put air box base back in you can see straght down onto the floor, by the under car scoop. so you channel up cold air. makes a real big difference its like a ram air
