which should i choose?

well im getting ready to purchase a magnaflow exhaust system for a v6 and they give a way 1 free item with purchase
mychoice is either a high flow cat or a K&N air filter. which do you suggest?

I would say take the K&N.

With a new exhaust system go with the Hi-flow cat. That way every thing will be new with the exhaust and the K&N can always be dropped in later.

Get the cat, sell it, buy several K&N filters =P Cats ftl!

Yeah, becausecats are so damn restrictive, and you know that a few K&N filters will unlock gobs of power...
