chaotic you should just be a nice guy and ship it to him no matter what it cost.

I barely have enough money to get me back and forth to work. AND the car is biting the dust again. And ONCE AGAIN, I think it's the tranny... Or clutch. Or hydraulics. Or a combo...

To clean the brakes off I just used bake cleaner and a wire brush. Took me a while since the stuff was 12 years in the making. All and all it turned out pretty good I think. I would have liked to have had them powder coated but I could not afford the down time.

Can I use any paint such as the can of Dupli Color I have?

Better use high heat paint by Dupli Color. Those brakes get mighty hot. They make paint especially for your calipers. That would be the way to go.
