So with your foot to the floor the car will not go much over 70 MPH?
There are several things that can cause a limited HP. Timing, lack of fuel or a plugged exhaust. Timing normally will cause other issues, the car will miss and jump, it could even back fire when reving it in the driveway. Lack of fuel can limit RPMs but the engine tends to get very unhappy as it starves for fuel. This would include bucking and missing at the higher RPMs. A plugged Cat or other exhaust restriction will cause the issue you described assuming you described it correctly..

Ok so
Ok so car does go above 70 mph but hard to get even higher also just passed emissions do you think it could still be exhaust or cat? Also I think tho could be timing because I have been having misfire at low speed/rpm?
