Default Right HID blinking

I Just got my 10000k 9006 HID's. Came with everything, all of the adapters, harnesses etc. I figure it out and hook up the left bulb. turn the lights on and it comes out beautiful. I then connect the right HID but when I turn the lights on, the left HID bulb will work but the right HID will stutter as if it was trying to come on but cant. I checked the voltage of my battery and it was fine. I was excited but now suddenly stumped. Why might the right HID bulb be stuttering and blinking? When I walked away to talk to my friend about it suddenly it came on. I turn the lights off then back on and it does it again.

Hid bulbs are very finicky. If they been turned on then turned off they can hesitate to turn back on.

Had that problem before. Either bad connection/bulb or your ballast is fubar'd.

Just double check everything, if that's not the case, the company should have a phone line you can call.

Forgot after I turn the last on, the ballast on the blinking bulb gets really hot after about 30 secs. Is that normal? Could it just be the ballast?

So I thought it was fixed and it started blinking again. I switched the bulbs and the ballasts and they are both good. It seems like its just the right side of the car. I asked Xenon about it and they said they can send me a new bulb and ballast but it probably wont do anything.. Im so confused. When I touched the ballast on the right side it was SEARING hot . Here is a pic

Have you tried switching the balusters around to see if that's the problem?
