Removing the door panels is cake walk. I can remove and re install both of mine in about 15 minutes.

if no amp on speakers the front and passenger area speakers should have the same gm connector. sail panel??? you mean the passenger area speakers? the base speakers in the rear hatch area,,, i dont know what connector they have.
