Default Remote door

Another stupid question sorry I am new to this forum and cameros. But it is a 93 and I was wondering if the factory made a remote door opener for it a keyless entry for the 93. If not I guess I could go to car toys or something and they can install one right?

look on the jamb side of the drivers door there should be a sticker with a bunch of random looking 3 digit codes look to see if you have one that says AU0 that means your car came with keyless and youll just need to get a fob and program it

All I could find on the sticker was AU3 which means electric door locks etc...so my question could I get an aftermarket fob to work on it or not?

If we connect in the OBD the last Pin from the right from the up line,
and the first pin from the left from the down line.IF the locks opened or closed that means I have tacit door lock? :-)
and yes Dude you can put after market one, be aware to chose good one( if it has alarm) for not draining your batter in week, and have good key fobs so they live for long time.

I have a DEI keyless entry unit you could install to the car. New in the box I think. Maybe one remote.. but can get two. If you would want to install it your self, I can give you the print out of the wire colors you need to hit.

Anyways, you can add anything to these cars. LOL
