if i use the key my doors will fully lock but if i try the remote i can hear them trying but they do not fully engage, any ideas?

 

 

well i ended up replacing the lock actuator and the lock pulls a little more closed now but still not fully closed, i think the actual lock mechanism is gummed up as you said above. I tried spraying it with liquid wrench but it didn't loosen up enough, any suggestions, should i just get a jug of simple green and soak the part in it or what?
