Hey Chaotic, you and the pics you posted were the inspiration for me to tackle my dash!! I just decided to do the vent a little differently by cutting each slot and folding, then gluing the tabs under the dash.

I finally finished mine. Looks pretty good but as I was putting it on, it started to crack in other places, now I got it in but it is cracked in about 100 places. You cant actually see the cracks in the plastic because the vinyl is covering it and holding it together, but there are some "lumpy" places here and there. Still looks better than the alternative though. I used a piece of gutter guard for the defrost grill opening. It aint perfect.

I made the trim piece out of some abs plastic and vinyl. And jkeaton: I love your vent bro!
