Gas is your biggest problem. If you have bad gas in there the last thing you want to do is force that into the pump and the injectors.
Coolant becomes very acidic over time. That can eat away at seals, gaskets and even Aluminum. You should swap out the coolant, install some water and pressure test it. If everything looks ok add some coolant flush to the water, let it get hot drain it out and install the good stuff.
Change oil before starting. Oil leak tend to start 30 days or so after sitting. The seals will dry up. For he first month you will want to check the oil a lot.
Your plug wires life is based on time. Unless they where new when the car was parked you should swap them out.
Assuming it is a automatic the trans fluid should be swapped.
Saftey first, your going to want to do a stomp test on the brakes. After you start the car push as hard as you can on the brakes. This will test the seal and lines. Lines rust seals dry out. Better to find that out in your drive way then when some moron pulls out in front of you.
Good Luck

Have you started the car in the 4 year time period at all? In addition to the above info..... If not, you might pull the spark plugs and using an oil can, squirt a little oil in each cylinder. Turn the engine over a few times with a breaker bar or a large ratchet. this will lubricate the rings and prevent brakage.
I would add some fuel stabilizer or gas dryer to the fuel also before firing it up.
