Radio trim ring for 2001. Will 1997 work?

Broke the radio trim ring on my 2001 Camaro.

Got a line on one from a 1997. Will it fit?

No the dash was changed in 98 so you want one from a 98-02

yes it will the dash was changed in 97 not 98

so they changed the dash in 97 and the front end in 98??? i didnt know that

The 97 cars had the late model interiors but without the LS1.

Post was deleted hmmm yes the interior was changed for the 97 year to what every 98-02 has but the front end wasn't changed till 98 with the new powerplant

the thief pulled my after market sony Xav c1 and broke the whole trim in my 1994
now i can put 2 din.
Iam thinking of buying new trim and locate a Dodge 1.5 DIN Jeep-

That one at the top would look good IMO. I always wondered why they quit making 1.5 din models.
