Default Trim ring style

I am looking to replace the front wheel trim rings on my 69 Z/28 clone. I have the standard high top rally wheels on it now. The rear wheels (15x8) have the rounded edge trim rings. The front wheels (15x7) have the flat edge trim rings. It came that way from the previous owner.

Which one is technically correct for this year/model?

This should be the correct trim ring:

If you're going for "factory correct" rings, those have the retainer clips on the outer part (visible between the ring and wheel), and the clips wrap around the lip of the wheel where it meets the tire. Cheaper aftermarket rings have spring clips that grab onto the inner flat part of the wheel, like a conventional hubcap does.

Thanks all for the replies. Are the "factory correct" rings rounded on the outer edge or flat. It's hard to tell from the picture posted by 1971BB427 but it looks like a flat edge.
