Default Possibly purchasing a 98 camaro/ has ls2 upgrade

Hello. Im looking at a camaro, 6 spd. Guy put a new ls2 block with weisco, flat top pistons. Tons of other goodies. I was wondering of the stock trans and rear end can handle this. It has 295 wide nitto's on back.
he wants 12 C.A.D
thank you in advance

The stock 10 bolt rear will be the weak spot, depends a lot on your plans for the car. If you plan on a lot of time at the drag strip better plan on a rear end upgrade. Street driven without doing a lot of burnouts it can last a long time,I have one in my '01 with a 6 speed and 400hp at the wheels going to 315/30's but I'm not doing hole shots. Gear ratio will also come into play,4:10's will break that rear fast if you abuse it much, mine still has stock 3:42s.
