my diff is really starting to do my head in, its a posi cause i put it in myself but if iboot it during a rh turn it only spins up the inside wheel so my big cloud of smoke dissapates i look daft as there is only one big line, WHY
any ideas ???

 

Are you hanging the turn fast like 45 turn with all the weight to one side Prolly not it but i had a problem with that with my third gen

Are you trying to do this while going thru a turn normally, or while slamming it thru the turns? Sounds like it could be a weight transfer/diff lock thing. I'm sure you know how limited slip works while going thru a turn. Do both wheels grab from a standing start though?
And if you make that type of driving a regular habit, you may wind up also looking "daft" once your rearend pukes.
And if you wouldn't mind posting your VIN # too? I want to add it to my growing list of which cars not to buy!

 

been there done that already, if you dont practice things go bad when the **** hits the fan,

dont worry i live in uk so you wont every have to buy it.

with ref to post it locks up fine in wet but not in dry, from a bog both spin but up in top revs it seems to be right one only and right only when turning from start like you would to do doughnuts ( defo dont do those i must draqw a line) !!
